I have been a patient of yours since 2004 and I want to thank you for being so patient with me! I know I can be a challenge…well, actually it is my teeth and mouth that can be so testy. I tend to forget that my body, teeth and gums are not static, that there is constant change and motion.
You have kept my teeth and mouth healthy, and me happy, and that has, and I imagine will continue to be a tall order. I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate your professional knowledge, talent and skill. But, even more importantly, your understanding and empathy are outstanding!
I appreciate that you take the time to listen to me and make every effort to accommodate my ideas and requests…and to gently explain why some of my “off the wall” notions simply won’t work. I recognize that I am a need to know, participatory patient, and you respond by going above and beyond expectations and that, of course, explains your success.
